Nellysford, Virginia Man Arrested On Multiple Drug ChargesVirginia State Police recently arrested a Nellysford man on two counts of felony selling and distributing marijuana, two felony counts of receiving or buying stolen goods valued more than $200, a misdemeanor obstruction of justice without force and a misdemeanor resisting arrest. State Police spotted the plants as they flew by on an eradication flight over Nelson County. There was no word on whether the man had obtained legal help.

Police allege that for more than a decade the restaurants’ owner, his wife and head cook, have been selling cocaine and marijuana, using the restaurant to sell drugs and launder the money.
